Closing Transaction Procedure
1. Seller (Provider) and ‘Buyer’ (Receiver) execute, sign and initiate the Deed of Agreement, which thereby automatically becomes a full commercial recourse contract agreement.
2. Within 24 hours of both parties signing the Agreement, Seller will issue in his company letter headed signed and stamp Corporate Refund Recourse Undertaking and an invoice to the ‘Buyer’ guarantying to refund ‘Buyer’ all the cost incurred by ‘Buyer’ for the bank transmission charge, for the delivery of MT799 follow by MT760 swift.
3. Within and not exceeding 3 working days of ‘Buyer’ receiving Seller’s signed and sealed Corporate Refund Recourse Undertaking with Invoice, ‘Buyer’ will make payment by TT wire transfer into any of the Seller’s nominated subsidiary account in Europe or Asia, for the Bank transmission charges to issue SBLC Exhibit A Swift MT799 followed by Exhibit B MT760 swift transmission Bank to Bank to Buyer’s bank account.
4: Within 2 working days after confirmation of complete payment of swift transmission fees in Seller’s nominated subsidiary account in , Seller’s issuing bank, bank will send Pre Advice MT799 to Buyer’s designated receiving bank.
5: Upon receipt and confirmation of MT799 Swift by Buyer’s receiving bank, MT760 Swift will be sent bank to bank. Customer copy of all swift Transmissions is to be sent to borrower’s address only. This is for tracing purpose only. Email: ___________________
6. ‘Buyer’ pays Seller's purchase fee and broker’s commission fees not later than 21 (Twenty one) banking days after SBLC MT-760 Swift has been confirmed and verified by ‘Buyer’ receiving bank, SBLC MT-760 hard copy which will be delivered via Bank Bonded Courier service within 3-7 calendar days upon receipt of purchase fee and commission.
Should ‘Buyer’ default to pay the purchase fees to the Seller and the broker’s commission fees as agreed after 21 (Twenty one) banking days of confirmation of SBLC MT760 in Buyer’s bank account, Seller will instruct the issuing bank to put a claim on the SBLC thereby forcing the Buyer's bankers to return the SBLC MT760 to the issuing Bank.

You might now ask, what’s the point to this short article, well it’s simple, in order to help serious SBLC/BG seekers avoid further pain I have felt the need to make this clear, anyone who’s guaranteeing you a service with no upfront fee is just rocking your boat and you are about to get tossed in the sea with no life jacket.
So how do you avoid all of these risks and get what you truly want? Simple, do your research properly, be patient and find a reputable financial expert who can help you secure a Bank Guarantee / SBLC from a reputable provider. As pointed out in my previous articles, there’s not a lot of providers around and most likely you won’t be approached directly by one, you would almost inevitably have to go through someone to get to them and expect to pay a fee for the services being provided, after all you are about to get backed by a bank for a project that is entirely your dream, to the tune of millions of dollars for less than a fraction of the cost you couldn’t afford right from the start.
In summary, BG/SBLC with no upfront fees don’t exist and will never exist. You must do your due diligence to find a reputable provider and most of all you must be able to pass the criteria required to be able to secure an SBLC/BG as the provider would be doing his/her due diligence to make sure you aren’t a risk as well.
