Hydraulic Drilling Rig Features
JK590C / JK590 are the new generation of diesel (electric) crawler mounted hydraulic DTH drilling rig, the latest updated version of JK590 series.
In contrast with the last generation, they feature lower operation cost and humanized design.
They adopt a 70kW Yuchai diesel engine and hydraulic pump station assembly to generate power to rotate, feed, lift, walk and angle position.
During operation, only the percussive hammer consumes the compressed air. In contrast with conventional pneumatic drill rigs, JK590C/JK590 crawler drilling rig consume about 40% to 50% less energy (diesel or electricity), and the air displacement of matched air compressor decreases 30% to 50%.
Compared with JK590, JK590C is additionally equipped with hydraulic dust collection system, and wet type dust collector is optional if water is accessible on site.
JK590C/JK590 are mainly applicable to blast hole drilling process of hydropower construction, open pit mining, quarrying, road construction and national defense construction.
