Equipment Introduction

The NBL-7200-II flat mask outer ear loop welding machine is an automated device that integrates a flat mask blank (mask specifications: 175 ± 5mm * 95 ± 5mm) and ear loop by ultrasonic welding. The masked produced are comfortable to wear, no pressure, good filtering effect, fit the face shape of people, and can be used in medical, electronics, construction and other industries.

The device with a high degree of automation consists of three parts: automatic feeding of ear loop, cutting of ear loop, and welding of ultrasonic ear loop. It can automatically cut off the feeding of ear loop and weld the ear loop.
