How to Install Delivery Valves
1. Clean off all dirt from the top of the injection pump
2. Remove the high-pressure lines from the delivery valve holder
3. Use socket part number SP503 (Scheid Diesel product sold separately) to remove the delivery valve holders
4. When removing the holder, be careful not to lose any of the parts from underneath
~There will be a shim #10, filler piece #9, spring #11, delivery valve #13, and a gasket #12 (these numbers correspond to the numbers on the below photo)
5. When putting the above parts back together, you will need to replace the O-ring on holder #14
6. Then, install the gasket #12, valve #13, spring #11, filler piece #9, shim #10, and holder #8
~The holder needs to be 80-90 ft-lb of torque
