When the movable jaw plate comes down, the angle between movable jaw plate and fixed jaw plate becomes small, the material in the space between movable jaw plate and fixed jaw plate (crushing chamber) will be pressed, crooked and crushed. However, when the movable jaw plate comes up, the angle becomes large, and the material will go down by the gravity. Each cyclical motion of the movable jaw plate will get the material crushed one time and fall down a little. Eventually, the material is broke into the expected particles and then discharged after certain motion.

1) Big capacity: That the applied of short toggle plate, lower hanging and large pivot angle has made the crushing chamber deep and have no dead zone. So, the capacities of feeding and discharging are improved largely.
