IQF Frozen Carrot Dices

IQF Frozen Carrot Dices are selected and frozen after harvest, allowing them to maintain their fiber, vitamin A, and beta-carotene nutrients. The frozen carrot dices is made from fresh carrot within 24 hours by IQF skills to make sure the sound quality.

In action of frozen process, there are several steps: Clean up, cut end, clean raw materials into the factory should be first in the conveyor belt to pick out the old carrots, deformities and diseases and pests damage unqualified stems, remove inclusions.
