TEO-3305 can reduce mold pollution, facilitate mold release, and maintain the surface flatness of products. As a low melting point product, TEO-3305 can provide balanced external lubrication and internal lubrication. It is applied to a variety of high molecular weight polymers, such as EVA, TPE, TPR, and BR, which can play an efficient role in dispersing, lubricating and facilitating mold release. TEO-3305 has dual hydrophilic and hydrophobic groups in its molecules. Such mixed groups are conducive to the polymer's surface molecular remodeling and matching of inorganic powder and organic polymer, which can be successfully removed from the mold during demoulding and reduce pollution to the mold. TEO-3305 improves the processing fluidity of polymer, and maintains the surface flatness and brightness of products.
