This series of equipment is mainly aimed at combining the weak magnetic separation and gravity separation, flotation, high intensity magnetic separation of hematite ore, i.e. recovering magnetite by weak magnetic spin, recovering weak magnetic iron minerals by flotation, magnetic separation,parallel process of berkelium burn magnetic separation method with other methods is similar to the magnetizing and berkelium burn of a single weak magnetic iron ore,but in parallel process of magnetized berkelium burn magnetic separation and other mineral processing methods, ore powder adopts the combination of weak magnetic separation and other methods, the selective flocculation desliming process.
Iron ore beneficiation process flow:
The iron ore is preliminarily crushed by jaw crusher,after crushing to a reasonable size through lifting machine, feeder evenly into the ball mill for crushing, grinding. After the grinding of ball mill the fine ore material is expected to enter the next process: classification.
Spiral classifier takes advantage of the principle that solid particles of different proportion in the liquid have different precipitation rates to wash and grade the ore mixture. Mineral mixture After washing and grading via the magnetic separator,due to different magnetization coefficient of various minerals, the magnetic force and mechanical force separate the magnetic material from the mixture.
After the initial separation by the magnetic separator mineral particles are fed to the flotation machine, adding different drugs according to different material characters makes the minerals separated with other substances. In the minerals separated out, because it contains large amounts of moisture, it subjects to initial concentration of the thickener, then after drying of the dryer,dry minerals is gained.
