Construction Materials Redispersible Emulsion Powder for Concrete and Mortar

Redispersible Polymer Powder (RDP-VAE) is used in concrete and mortar. It is a powder produced by spray-drying special water-based emulsion, mostly based on vinyl acetate and ethylene. It easily dissolves in water and quickly forms an emulsion. Redispersible latex powder has high bonding ability and unique properties，Therefore, their application range is extremely wide.

To ensure that the polymer latex powder again after the dispersion of emulsion has similar performance with the initial emulsion, will add a certain amount of protective colloid in emulsion polymerization process or surfactant, scatter to latex powder with strong hydrophilic and sensitive to alkali, when in contact with water can be better to disperse into the emulsion, emulsion powder which can only have good dispersion, In order to play its better effect of improving the performance of cement mortar.
