    Nut collar weld cleaning brush (serial number #6)

     

    The #6 brushes are also made of highly conductive copper (stainless steel) and highly conductive carbon fiber. The difference from the #1-#5 weld cleaning brushes is that the collar is a nut head rather than a screw head. In addition, the #6 brushes are a little larger and longer than the #1-#5 brushes.

    When used with connectors and shrouds, it turns into a whole new brush. We also have this new brush called the Teflon Shroud Weld Cleaning Brush (serial #7).

    This type of brush is for cleaning / pickling of welding seams of the welding process by WIG, MIG, MAG, TIG or for aluminum. It has excellent performance of weld seam cleaning. With a useable fluid, you can use them also for passivating and marking.
