This is the screw collar shroud brush (#9), which is smaller and shorter than the round collar shroud brush (#8). It consists of a carbon fiber brush and a matching Teflon shroud.

The shroud's high, corrosion-resistant Teflon material protects the brushes and extends their life.

By moving the shroud, you can control the length of the bristles and delineate the area more flexibly.
