The pump is not only corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant, the use of a very wide range.It has the following characteristics:

1、Desulfurization pump has strong wear resistance: all flow passage parts are made of steel lined ultra high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMW-PE). The wear resistance of UHMW-PE ranks first among plastics, which is 4 times higher than nylon 66 (PA66) and polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE), and 7-10 times higher than carbon steel and stainless steel.

2、Desulfurization pump has strong impact resistance: the impact strength of UHMWPE ranks first among general engineering plastics, which is 5 times of that of (acrylonitrile / butadiene / styrene) copolymer (ABS), and can maintain stability at minus 196 ℃, which is a characteristic that no other plastics have.

3、Excellent corrosion resistance of desulfurization pump: the pump can resist all kinds of corrosive media (acid, alkali, salt) and organic solvents within a certain temperature and concentration range, and can be immersed in 80 kinds of organic solvents at 20 ℃ and 90 ℃ for 30 days. There is no abnormal appearance, and other physical properties are almost unchanged

4、No noise in desulfurization pump: the impact energy absorption of UHMWPE is the highest value in plastic, and the sound attenuation is good, so that the noise generated by liquid flow is minimized in the process of transportation.

5、Desulfurization pump Safe and reliable, no toxin decomposition: the pump used ultra high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMW-PE) chemical properties are extremely stable, so it is also suitable for use in the food industry.

6、Low friction coefficient of desulfurization pump: the internal friction system of the pump is only 0.07-0.11, so it has self lubrication. Under the condition of water lubrication, the dynamic friction coefficient is half lower than that of PA66 and POM. When working in the form of sliding or rotating, the lubricity is better than that of steel and brass with lubricating oil.

7、Good viscosity resistance of desulfurization pump: ultra high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMW-PE) has excellent viscosity resistance, and its adhesion resistance is equivalent to that of PTFE, so it is also outstanding in conveying some media with high viscosity.

8、Desulfurization pump can transport strong acid and other liquids, suitable for medium: sulfuric acid with concentration less than 80%, nitric acid with concentration less than 50%, hydrochloric acid with various concentrations, liquid alkali, both clear liquid and slurry.
