Poly ripple screen is produced on the basis of self-cleaning screen grids, available in high-strength steel grids or stainless steel, with PU strips on the bars of the deck. The self-cleaning screen is a non-blinding, high-quality screening surface that provides accurate screening and size. The combination of different sized wires used in fabrication means they vibrate at different frequencies to create a self-cleaning surface. Due to its flat surface, self-cleaning screens can be used in some applications with smaller wire diameters than braided wires. Flakes and strands are separated from the finished product while problems such as clogging are greatly reduced.
