     Waste Heat Boiler For Steel-making Electric Furnace 

     

    The waste heat boiler is composed of superheater, evaporator, economizer section and its auxiliary equipment and accessories. Waste heat boiler recovers exhaust gas from iron alloy smelting furnace into waste heat boiler for heat exchange, generating superheated steam, thus saving fuel, achieving the purpose of economy and energy saving.

     

    According to the calculation of heat balance of waste heat boiler, the single waste heat boiler should reach 6.0t/h steam output, and the waste heat boiler must set economizer section, and the feedwater absorbs the low and medium energy of exhaust gas. On the one hand, it can increase the feed water temperature and the steam output of the waste heat boiler, on the other hand, it can improve the effective utilization rate of the heating surface in the evaporator section.

     

    By a pin-tube waste heat boiler with deep flue gas cooling, the flue gas temperature in the ba-si smelting furnace is deeply cooled, and the flue gas heat is recovered to drive the steam turbine to generate electricity, so as to save energy and improve efficiency.
