Product Description
Pu white Primer SD2023 is a fast-curing, high solid white primer for application on wood or wood products. It is a two-component , and it has the excellent filling properties, good flexibility and excellent sanding properties.

Where to use of pu primer
Strongly recommended for interior wood furniture. It can be used on MDF , PLYWOOD , SOLID WOOD ETC . Substrate should have sufficient strength to receive the paint. Any defects in the substrate like surface undulations, cracks, pin holes etc., should be rectified/filled before starting painting.

Application Data
Spray : conventional spray gun .
Brush : goat hair brush.
The substrate must be sound, clean, dry and free from dust, oil, grease,laitance etc. All traces of form release agents/curing agents must be removed. A light sanding with suitable abrasive material is recommended before application. Any resulting dust/loose particles must be removed.
