GLS tube screw conveyor is a continuous conveyer equipment without the flexible traction, and it is suitable for conveying small sticky powders, granular and small pieces of material, and not suitable for conveying perishable, large viscous, easy caking and large pieces of material. For continuous conveying bulk materials with short distance horizontal or slightly inclined (15°or less ). Generally ambient temperature is -20 ~ 50℃, and material temperature is less than 100℃. It can mix materials at the same time.

 1.Head and tail bearing pedestals are both disposed outside the shell, it is easy for installation and maintenance, and at the same, it can prevent dust going into the bearing. there is a packing box on the bearing seat, inside the box, it is filled with asbestos packing, and outside the box, it’s gland compaction, and this can effectively prevent dust spilling.

2.The screw leaf in discharging mouth of GLS tube screw conveyor is designed as taper, and on special conditions, its reversed helical blade can prevent powder from clogging ends.

3. End bearings were installed in the frond and end part of closed trough, and the function of the bearing is to bear the axial force generated by conveying.

GLS tube screw conveyor is consist of screw shaft, shell and driving device. And screw shaft is assembled by coupling shaft, helical blades and etc. Actuating device is consist of reducer, coupling and transmission pedestal.
