Fast with high native print quality 
The XJ500 is capable of delivering up to 130 sq. metres of print an hour and offers 200 or 360 dpi configuration print resolution. Harnessing Xaar's patented drop-on-demand technology the XJ500 makes producing quality images from inkjet a fast and efficient reality. 

Advanced 
Building on piezo print heads' main advantage, that they can print different types of ink, the XJ500 is furnished with specialized control logic and electronics to provide flexible control and tuning for inks with different characteristics. To further enhance this capability the ink feed system enables 1 to 4 colours to be fired per print head with no discontinuity between colours. 

Versatile 
To enable operation across a wide temperature range, the XJ500 has programmable circuitry for temperature compensation. Complementing this, the 'head is mounted on a precision chassis with datum on three planes so it can be easily positioned in most orientations.
