We are located in an area traditionally known for the quality of their oils, in the province of Córdoba (terms of Castro del Rio, Baena and boundary). This gives us an important head start.

Our experience in this sector comes through several generations and includes the study, development and monitoring of a process that culminates with the product we offer.

The quality of our oil, recognized on several occasions, is guaranteed by the control which make the whole process from the beginning.

To this end, we own olive groves (plantation) in which harmonize the experience gained over time with new technologies.

The process begins from the field, making a thorough monitoring of the olive, the olive tree from flowering to harvest at the right time of ripeness of the olives. Once harvested the fruit with the greatest care, go to our mill, where we extract the juice from the olives immediately guaranteeing freshness and health of the oils obtained. These oils are classified and selected according to different varieties of olives and their analytical and organoleptic qualities. Subsequently, the oil goes to our warehouse where it awaits conservation under optimal conditions the right time to be bottled in our bottling plant.
