    Made of special steel sheet XG08, low C, Si, S, P chemical composition,with characteristics of corrosion resistance and long service life.

    Before cutting, do ultrasonic test to the steel sheet XG08 first, if the sheets are in good condition then start to cut.

    The kettles will also be ultrasonic tested before delivery.

     

    Process:

    Steel Sheet Preparing & Ultrasonic detecting -- Cutting -- Annealing -- Forming -- Integrated end -- Middle U shape -- Welding -- Ultrasonic detect -- Inspection -- Delivery
