1. Check the brake clearance first? Are the screws tightened? Is there oil on the brake? Is the brake spring pressure adjusted well? Are the brake pads worn?

2. Check whether the traction sheave is worn? Is the wire rope worn? And oily?

3. Then check whether the relevant screws of the car, counterweight screws and pressure plate are tight? Is the counterweight damaged?

4. When no load, you can release the brake unilaterally to check the braking force, and choose the elevator to stop at the top floor. (For the double push type, you cannot try one side)

5. Check whether the buffer is intact in the bottom pit? Is the base loose?

6. Then check the distance of the 4 weighing limit screws on the bottom of the car

7. First, you can overhaul and stop for a while, and observe whether you are slipping?

8. Test the no-load braking capacity and observe the braking distance. (The elevator is powered up after passing through the middle floor)

9, pay attention to shielding overload and door machine

10. Note that the elevator test weights must be gradually loaded at the bottom, and at the same time, pay attention to the phenomenon of no slide

11. Check the balance coefficient and try half-load downward braking force at the same time when doing 50% load

12. Then put 80% and 100% load separately to observe the braking force and try 125% load if possible

13. When doing 80%-125% load braking test, cut off the power as low as possible

14. If possible, reduce the speed of the elevator for testing.

15. After completion, check the car and counterweight for deformation, etc., and then reset the overload and door machine.
